Bellissimo Little Co is a small business specialising in personalised, handmade items using laser engraving and printing techniques.

2. Orders

All products are made to order. Please ensure that all personalisation details (including spelling, colours, and design choices) are correct at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

3. Personalised Items

Due to the custom nature of our products:

❗ Personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.

Please double-check all details before placing your order.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Full payment is required at checkout before any order is processed.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Dispatch & Delivery

🚚 Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days

Delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 working days)

  • Priority Dispatch (1–2 working days)

Orders are sent via Royal Mail or Evri depending on size and service selected.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers once your order has been dispatched.

6. Express / Priority Orders

Priority Dispatch orders are prioritised in production and shipped using a faster service.

Please note: delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

7. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, as production may begin shortly after.

After this time, cancellations may not be possible.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

9. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Incorrect personalisation provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers

  • Minor variations in colour, wood grain, or finish due to the handmade nature of our products

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content remain the property of Bellissimo Little Co and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
